Reiki Level 1

The Reiki Level 1 is the foundation course for activating the flow of Reiki Energy for healing self and others. This is ideal for anyone wanting to increase their vitality and energy and reduce stress. Reiki is so easy to use that it is ideal for people who are not familiar with natural health and methods of healing as it provides an excellent foundation for exploring the energy world of healing.
The course covers the history of reiki, principles and lifestyle, and techniques to channel Universal Source energy for yourself. The training opens up your channels for reiki to flow through you. It is known as a connection to Divine Source at a deeper level. Once the connection is made through the attunement, it is available to you for the rest of your life.
We teach the traditional Usui method of Reiki that requires no belief, religious bias or spiritual background. It’s easy to learn, and easy to integrate into your life, and once initiated you will have the knowledge and skill that you need to treat yourself and other people. In this workshop you will study basic theory, including hand positions, meditations, and other techniques such that you will be confident to give full healing to yourself and others. You will learn:

Reiki Level 2
1 Day Course after completing 21 days of practice and detox after level 1: 1400 AED

Reiki level 2 doubles your energy from level 1 and deepens your healing on an emotional and mental level, as well as the physical body. Level II Reiki connects you more deeply with your Reiki practice using further advanced methods thereby becoming increasingly in tune with your own intuition. Distance healing is also discussed and how it is different from hands on healing, along with setting up your own practice.
Reiki Level 2 will give you the tools to clear and balance energies of the past and future. These powerful tools can be used to energize your body, clear past traumas, and magnetize positive energy for the future. You can apply the Reiki level 2 methods to cleanse your home or office, empower your business, and send Reiki for future tasks and goals.

Who is it for?
- Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Healing Level 1
- Anyone and everyone regardless of age or experience can learn Reiki. You may choose to learn it to enhance your own mental, emotional, and physical health or to enhance that of others.
- Our level 2 Reiki course is open to anyone who has studied level 1 Reiki - either with us or with any other Reiki teacher.
